Air Intercept Control Weapons and Tactics Instructor

Air Intercept Control Weapons and Tactics Instructors train, supervise, and evaluate Air Intercept Controllers who direct fighter aircraft and manage air defense operations for carrier strike groups and amphibious ready groups. They assess tactical performance, coordinate with commanders and aircrews, interpret radar and air picture data, and develop procedures for complex airborne missions.
