MK 46 MOD 2 Gun Weapon System (GWS) Technician

MK 46 MOD 2 Gun Weapon System technicians perform planned and corrective organizational maintenance on shipboard gun systems aboard San Antonio and Littoral Combat Ship class vessels. They use built in tests for fault detection, isolation, modular replacement, repair, testing, alignment, and operation of the remote console during tactical and evaluation events.
