ESTONIAN identifies Navy personnel who demonstrate Estonian language proficiency for billets requiring communication with Estonian speaking communities and access to Estonian source material. The qualification supports interpretation, translation, cultural understanding, and intelligence or operational reporting involving Estonia and the Baltic region.
