GREEK identifies Navy personnel who demonstrate Greek language proficiency for billets requiring communication with Greek speaking communities and access to Greek source material. The qualification supports interpretation, translation, cultural understanding, and intelligence or operational reporting involving Greece, Cyprus, and the eastern Mediterranean.
