Chief of the Boat (All Submarines)

Serves as the senior enlisted advisor aboard a submarine, advising the commanding officer on crew welfare, morale, discipline, readiness, and enlisted workforce utilization. Reports orally and in writing, supervises crew-wide administrative activities, and supports the executive officer in maintaining effective submarine operations.
